You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and credits will be issued to your The Friends' Kloset account within 10 business days for use on your next purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Opened or used products
- Gift items
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours at support@thefriendskloset.store with:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
If the product arrives damaged or defective, The Friends' Kloset will cover the return shipping cost, and a replacement product will be sent at no additional charge.
24-Hour Address Change Policy
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to modify your address as the order might have already been processed.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges. However, shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being sent.
