Shipping policy

The Friends' Kloset currently sells products only in the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time Formula:

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
All products go through a production process before shipping, contributing to the handling time.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders are placed before 04:00 pm (GMT -06.00). will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Carrier & Tracking Information:

We use DHL as our shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. You can easily track your Order here.

Change of Address:

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@thefriendskloset.store or call us at ‪+1 845 520 8519‬ (WhatsApp) within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
